• Industry consolidation through M&A activity, companies engaged in leisure activities, internationalisation, resizing and renovation of hotel units, amongst others.

Eligibility:

• Investment in equity and debt instruments in economically viable companies within the Tourism sector which have development and grow potential.
• Projects with added economic value and solid financial returns.

Evaluation process:

• Evaluation of go-to-market Business Plans and other key elements such as technological feasibility and market readiness studies.
• An assessment is made by Portugal Ventures, supported by both national and international expert advisors.
