The investment in Altitude Software, from 2003 to 2010, in close cooperation with the management team and other key shareholders, helped turn the company around. By the end of 2009, Altitude Software had become a global reference in the contact centre solutions market, with a direct presence in 18 countries, clients in 60 different countries and with more than 25 awards under its belt.

In 2008 and 2010, respectively, the fund managed by Portugal Ventures sold its stake in Altitude, SGPS, SA, to Olmea, SGPS, SA, a company owned by private investment funds and to two international private equity funds led by BBVA.
