Paula Rosa has worked as in-house counsel since 1994 and has over 20 years’ experience in venture capital, joint ventures, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and in advising portfolio companies on their day-to-day management. She is currently in charge of the Legal Department at Portugal Ventures.
