Big Idea
Founded in Portugal and Spain as a delivery management solution to help online stores automate their shipping process, Shiptimize has since evolved its core proposition toward carrier ecommerce infrastructure. Since 2020, the company has expanded into helping Post & Parcel operators strengthen their digital position in ecommerce, while continuing to operate its multi-carrier shipping platform in Portugal and Spain. Shiptimize provides white-label technology that enables Posts and parcel carriers to offer merchant-facing digital tools under their own brand: including ecommerce platform integrations, branded shipping portals, checkout visibility for pickup points and lockers, and carrier connectivity infrastructure. As ecommerce platforms and multi-carrier tools gain more influence over delivery decisions, Shiptimize helps carriers build and own their digital relationship with merchants, moving beyond operational delivery toward becoming digitally embedded ecommerce partners.
