Big Idea

inSignals Neurotech is a spin-off from the University of Porto, focused on developing innovative solutions to improve therapies and the well-being of patients with movement disorders. Founded by INESC TEC, Prof. João Paulo Cunha and Frontier IP Group, the company is developing iHandU, a disruptive solution to quantify muscle rigidity. The goal is to reduce variability in symptom assessment, support doctors in clinical decisions and therapy personalisation and empowering patients to manage their disease. Our mission is to drive technological advancement in neurology and make a significant impact on patients’ quality of life.
